From people following basketball news to baseball fans and everyone in between, the Super Bowl isn’t just for football fans anymore. It’s a great event for all types of people and in some cases, the actual games is overshadowed by the gathering. Here are two solid tips to ensure you have a fantastic Super Bowl party.
Always Have Games
The Super Bowl is the No.1 single-day event in your online sportsbook, and you can take some of their props and lines for your own party to give your guests something to do during the nine-hour long pregame show. This is especially good for those that aren’t big into football because at your sportsbook, you can find props on the national anthem (length, mistakes), on the halftime show (the same types of props) and commercials. For the latter two options, these can garner more attention than the actual game and it gives non-sports fans a reason to stay involved.
Food Planning
The day of the big day is a time to eat….and eat….and eat. You should have it worked out among you and your guests as to who is bringing what food to the table, so that you’re not serving six large trays of wings because that’s what everyone brought (although a lot of wings isn’t a terrible option at all). Make sure one person is on wings, one person is on snacks, etc, and that should ensure variety, although you can also do it yourself.
Once you get these things out of the way, you can have your own time to bet on sports on Super Bowl Sunday.
