2010 Super Bowl odds are the hot play in the sports betting industry right now, and here’s a preview of the two teams that should take the field on February 7th in Miami.
The Indianapolis Colts have been the Super Bowl betting favorites all year, led by MVP Peyton Manning, who leads an attack that doesn’t even think to run. Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark will garner lots of attention from the Saints, meaning that the young Pierre Garcon will have to step up.
The New Orleans Saints have a balanced attack, led by Drew Brees, who finished second to Manning in the MVP race, and he has a ton of options. The offense has been much more potent with a healthy Jeremy Shockey, who is one of the best tight ends in the league when healthy. The New Orleans defense has improved this year, thanks to two people: new coordinator Gregg Williams and safety Darren Sharper, who had nine picks in the regular season and a fumble recovery against Arizona.
The Colts should be the favorites because of their experience, but the Saints are more well-rounded, and they just seem destined to win this year.
